I haven’t been to this location in quite a while and on 8/1/2025, I went and had a totally different experience than previous times. The man working the register was so polite and great to talk to. The food took slightly longer than anticipated, but it was very busy and it was made fresh. The chicken, mac and cheese and biscuits were perfect. The order was packed up by another man who was also extremely polite and ensured I had everything I needed (utensils, sauces, napkins and checked all the items before bagging them up. I would definitely recommend visiting this location!

Very fast service and quite loved the chicken itself. The staff needs to be more courteous. We had the family sized chicken with biscuits and coleslaw. The coleslaw itself can be done better, but what do you expect form a chain restaurant. The chicken though, crispy, juicy and of course yummmmmyy

So, as we all know, due to the beef between the Dems and the trump administration, the SNAP program temporarily has no funding and I am unfortunately one of the people affected. I was driving by popeyes on my way home, hungry and knowing there wasn't much to eat in the house and noticed they were cleaning up for the night and figured I had nothing to lose by stopping in to ask if I could help them with any of their closing routein in exchange for any food they may have otherwise thrown out at the end of the night. I was told to pull up to the window so he could talk to me, we talked, he walked over and said something to the owner, then made up a bag of food and gave it to me. I asked what I could do to help them and he said I didn't need to. The owner looked over so I asked him if there was anything I could do in exchange for the food and he said no, just enjoy the food. They not only did this for me, but they were very kind to me thru out our interaction and that's something you find less and less these days. These are good people and I hope this review encourages you to give them your business. The food was really good, by the way and I'm not just saying it because of what they did for me, the first part was for that.

I work as a food delivery ( both Uber eats and DoorDash) and I can rate the efficiency of all the restaurants based my experience with respect to on time readiness pick ups and helpful of restaurant workers. Back in a days, Popeyes at Henrietta branch was one of the restaurants that I don’t take pick up due to the delayed readiness of food. After the new management, however, this branch is one of my favorites. These days, I am enjoying delivering from this branch thanks to the new management and those employees who not only work but also speak fast to each other with beautiful Pakistani language. Keep it up fast speakers!

Stopped by for dinner today. Definitely under new management. Everything was still hot when I arrived home 15 minutes later. Apple pie was hot: chicken hot and fresh and sides were freshly made. Can’t say enough about the customer service to top it off. Today’s score 10 out of 10!!!!!!!

The workers are great, especially Stella she is very pleasing she always listens to what I need and always make it happen to what I want she always take care of me especially when I want extra butter on my biscuits

I went to the store today and my experience was 100% better then a month ago. I was told there's a new General Manager trust me you can tell the difference.
